DELIVERY & RETURNS
As soon as you place an order, the brand will deliver the order directly to you. Therefore shipping times may vary, and your order may arrive in multiple packages. However the shipping fee is always the same:
An order confirmation will be send automatically after an order is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched by the brand, this will be confirmed by an IKIGAI LABELS e-mail, if possible with a track & trace code.
All our brands care about sustainable and recyclable packaging and avoid plastic where possible.

DELIVERY TIME MADE TO MEASURE ITEMS
A made to measure items means that the product is sewed on demand. Therefore it takes 2 - 3 weeks to be exclusively made for you before it will be shipped.
The the delivery does not include possible import duties and/or VAT charges incurred upon importing the online order to your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
I hope you fall in love with your purchase, but if you for any reason decide not to keep it, you may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt.
To process a return:
1. Please package your item(s) in the box that it was sent in and if possible include the return form.

Return cost are for the consumer. I work closely with the brands and designers, to give you the best advice and help there is needed before purchasing an item. Let's be conscious before buying and shipping.
Goods must be returned undamaged, unused and with their labels attached. Online orders can’t be returned to other stores.
A selection of made to measure pieces have a no return policy. This information will be given the description. In this case the designer will give you the opportunity to have your purchase could fixed once.
If you receive faulty goods please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive information on getting the item repaired or replaced.
A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
