SHIPPING & RETURNS

Your order will be sent directly from the designer to you. Therefore shipping times may vary, and your order may arrive in multiple packages. 

Check the list below to see from where each designer ships from.

Expected delivery:

  • 1 - 5 business days if the brand and you are based in the same continent
  • 5 - 21 business days if the brand and you are based in different continents


    • Shipping costs:

    • Free worldwide shipping on orders over €75 / £63 / $82
    • For orders under €75 / £63 / $82:
      €4.95 for national delivery, €9.95 for international delivery, €19.95 for intercontinental delivery. 

    As soon as your order is dispatched by the brand, this will be confirmed by an IKIGAI LABELS e-mail, if possible with a track & trace code. 

    Intercontinental shipping? Good news!
    Import duties and taxes are not included. However, any additional import costs above €25, £21, $29 will be refunded by IKIGAI LABELS.
    This way the ´surprise´ will be limited. Send me an e-mail with the receipt and I will transfer it to you. 

    Returns:
    You may return unused articles within 14 days of receipt. To process a return please contact me at hello@ikigailabels.com and I will give you the details per brand.

    Return cost are for you the consumer.
    I am here 7 days a week to give you personal customer service for the best help there is needed before purchasing an item.
