Blue Floral Luella Dress

The Luella dress has 3/4 length leg-of-mutton sleeves and a ruffled mock neck with a sweet black bow tie at the back. It’s fitted through the shoulder and underarm but fits loose through the body. Falls just above the knee (height depending) and has side seam pockets. This dress is fully lined.
